Detox Meal #4 – Roasted Garlic and Dill Hummus w/ Veggies & Green Tea

Keeping it simple here.

This is home-made hummus I just whipped together. Roasted garlic, dill, tahini, chick peas, mountain salt, grape seed oil. I even added some coconut water instead of using the liquid from the chick peas (which is what most recipes recommend). I have the dried, raw chick peas, just need to get em soaking, and now that I finally have tahini, I’ll get on that tonight.

And again, got my green tea there. And I’m taking the milk thistle.
